GETTING DIRECT HELP FROM N&G
   
 
If things don't work it is generally a driver problem with the video card and the best solution is to download a new driver from the video card manufacturer.

If that does not' work we can try to help.  For us to help we will need some information from your computer.  
Here is how you can get this information to us:
 

    1) Open the CD either from My Computer or with Windows Explorer.

    2) Go to the Directx directory and run the program Dxinfo.exe   (It is near the bottom so you will have to scroll down.)

    3) Dxinfo will take a few seconds to run. Click on the "Save Config Info" button. The "Save As" dialog that comes up will be pointing at the CD-ROM so you will have to change to another directory and save the file.

    4) Attach the file DXInfo01.txt to an email and send it to: support@electrowiz.com
