Kit mb-20: Basic kit for growing bacteria 

20  100 mm x 15 mm polystyrene petri dishes 
15 gm. of agar. 
Sealing tape sufficient for 20 petri dishes. 
Inoculating loop(s): 

    Chose one of the following types of inoculating loops: 
        1. 2 bag of 10 disposable plastic pre sterilized  loops 
        2. One nichrome sterilizable inoculating loop. 

The disposable plastic loops are recommended for most student projects because they do not require the use of a sterilizing flame, which can be a hazard and requires adult supervision..
